Assist Life Stages & Transitions

Compassion Support Services staff work to help participants in better coordinating their support whilst also improving their ability to live independently and be active in the community. Transitioning between the various stages of life can be difficult and even more so for people with disabilities. CSS is here to assist with life stages and transitions to help make everything as smooth and easy as possible by providing individualised support. This may include:

  • Life transition planning (mentoring, peer support, individual skills etc.)
  • Financial organisation assistance
  • Personal development
  • Help making social connections
  • Assist with decision making, daily planning and budgeting
